Vibrant Morning Smoothie πŸ“πŸ₯₯

I love starting my day with a smoothie that’s packed with nutrients. My go to blend? Frozen mixed fruits, beetroot, spinach and organic coconut milk. The beetroot adds a sweet, earthy flavor while giving me a natural boost of energy and spinach keeps it green and packed with goodness. The organic coconut milk makes it super creamy and adds a subtle richness, plus, it's full of healthy fats to keep me feeling satisfied. It’s a simple, vibrant smoothie that helps me kick off my day feeling refreshed and nourished. Just a few ingredients and I’m ready to take on anything.

Hearty Cabbage and Chicken Stew 🍲πŸ₯”

Wholesome, hearty and comforting, this cabbage and chicken stew is one of my favorite simple meals to make at home. I used tender chicken, chopped cabbage, red bell pepper for sweetness and soft, simmered potatoes. So satisfying. It’s one of those nourishing bowls that warms you from the inside out, full of flavor and feels like a hug in a bowl. I love meals that are easy to make, full of veggies and deeply nourishing. This one’s definitely a repeat for me.

Organic Mushroom Blend for Daily Support πŸ„

Spotted this Organic Mushroom Blend at the store, packed with 7 functional mushrooms in one: Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Maitake, Shiitake, Turkey Tail and Chaga. Each one brings something special to the table, supporting immunity, brain function, energy and even stress resilience. I love the idea of a blend that’s not just a trend but a true wellness booster from nature. Haven’t tried it yet but I’m really curious to see how it feels. Ever added a mushroom blend like this to your routine?

Cocoa & Cashew Butter Filled Sandwich Cookies πŸͺ🌰

I spotted these Cocoa & Cashew Butter Sandwich Cookies and had to try them. The combo sounded too good to pass up. Chocolate cookies on the outside, rich, creamy cashew butter in the center. Basically dessert meets snack time. What I loved most? The ingredients are actually simple. No artificial stuff, just real cocoa, real nut butter and real flavor. Definitely keeping these in rotation for when I want something indulgent but still feel-good.

Oat Flour Cupcakes with Coconut Milk and Coconut Sugar 🧁πŸ₯₯

I baked oat flour cupcakes for the first time this week and let’s just say I might be doing this more often. They’re made with coconut milk and sweetened with coconut sugar. No refined stuff, just simple ingredients. I skipped the frosting this time and honestly, I didn’t even miss it. They were soft, slightly sweet and satisfying. It’s always fun to try something new and even better when it turns out this tasty with minimal effort.

Orange & CrΓ¨me Coconut Milk Sip 🍊πŸ₯₯

While browsing the aisles this weekend, this one caught my eye. Orange & CrΓ¨me made with coconut milk? The combo sounds like a tropical creamsicle. Citrusy, smooth and dairy-free. I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m intrigued. It’s made with coconut milk and has no artificial ingredients. Definitely adding it to my “must-try” list. If you’ve had it, let me know what you think.
